Earlier in the year in my English class we took the Keirsey-Bates personality test and did a report on it. Unlike most of the people in my class, I really got into it because of the accuracy of the results. I did a lot of research on the psychology of the sixteen personality types and read a lot about my own type, the INFJ.
Wikipedia states:
Their are multiple relationships between the sixteen types, some good and some bad. I am curious to see what you all's personality types are because we get along so well. So take the test www.okcupid.com/tests/the-long-scientific-personality-test here but research your type here www.keirsey.com/, as the explanation after the test is badly done.
Please tell us what your type is on this board!

The personality quiz said that I am ISFJ-The Protector.
From the website where the quiz is:
I can see how some points would relate, but not all of them do. For instance, I can't see myself being taken advantage of in a relationship because well, let's be honest, I'm too lazy to do anything my partner wants. That and I don't like people telling me what to do, but ya know (:
Aside from that though... I don't much like talking with strangers but around friends I talk like mad, I don't like critisism much, I like helping people who are down, all that.

INFJ - The Counselor
Hmmm... I think most of this is true. Indeed, I only share my thoughts with people very close to me. Loved ones? *Wonders in what way they mean by that* The English language wasn't made very well. They didn't even have a seperate word for friend/family love... Well, there are only two people who I share my thoughts with. Complicated inner life? Maybe so, but mazes and puzzles are fun, are they not?

I too am an INFJ! Since there are too different descriptions already posted, I'm going to be lazy and just say look up there.
I think it describes me pretty well, other than one thing. I trust really easily, and once I trust people I tell them things, making me a pretty open person. I do only tell my "loved ones" things, but I've got a billion loved ones!
I love the last paragraph of Star's description though, because it talks about how INFJ's can get people's feelings really well. I do that all the time! Some friends get it more than others, for example I sent that paragraph to a certain friend that says I know her better than she knows herself!

YEAH! GO INFJ! We should have a club or something. /coughs. Sorry Dawn.
I had my mom take the test, and she actually scored ISFJ too. It's interesting that happened, and because Dawn and I have been such good friends for so long. And that also explains why Fav and I were able to become such close friends so quickly. And as for Star... WE'LL SEE. :0
Just kidding! I'm sure we'll also become good friends.
I did some more research on the temperament types and found the relationships between each type.
INFJ and INFJ have Identical Relations. This is the second best type of relationship. In this relationship, there is a complete understanding between peoples however there is also an inability to fully help one another because there are no differences between them.
INFJ and ISFJ have a comparative relationship. " Comparative partners talk about similar things, have similar interests, obey the norms of politeness and hospitality towards each other but they never really show an interest in each others problems. After a while these relations can become boring and stagnant. " And I don't agree with that at all, Dawn has helped me and many other people through a lot. The relations are not boring and stagnant, but rather fun and interesting. :/
